Dear Fresher’s,

Congratulations for making it to NUS. The journey has just begun and the ride is going to be fun filled. On behalf of the Graduate Students Society of NUS, I welcome you all to NUS. GSS has a several events planned for you to make your experience at NUS productive and enjoyable at the same time.

For those who of have arrived or will be arriving soon, I am sure you have hundreds of things running in your minds like any other fresher in a new country and a new university. What do I specialize in? What modules are being offered and which ones do I choose? Where can I find an apartment that fits my requirements and budget? Will I fit into an international crowd? Which would be the best phone plan to go for? Which bank should I open my account in?

GSS is organizing an event catered specially to answer these questions and more. Kopitiam is a one day event where you get to meet your seniors from your departments, interact with them and make new friends.
