Our guest speaker will be Nicholas Chan, founder and director of Azione Capital Pte Ltd, an Asia-focused early stage investment firm and startup accelerator with 4 successful exits to date. He is also acting CEO of a revolutionary biocide technology IP from Norway.
Nicholas Chan holds a highly-decorated profile which displays his passion and competency in entrepreneurship. He co-founded a consultancy practise in 2005, performed his first 7 M&As, launched a mobile Location Based Service startup and his first venture capital firm in 2006. He acquired a marine technology company in 2007 and co-founded another tech startup in 2008.
He has also been involved in numerous business competitions, including Microsoft Imagine Cup Singapore, NUS BizAsia, NUS Startup@SG, NTU Ideas.INC and Pitching Across America, as a judge or an advisor and is a mentor to many individuals in entrepreneurial ventures.
